What does the future hold for Journalists?

"The most exciting time to be a journalist is now", says incoming UBC professor Taylor Owen.

“You have this incredible rapid dynamic transition happening in industry, really moving from an industrial model to a post-industrial model over the course of the past few years,” said Owen, who is currently the research director of the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University. “We’re right in the middle of it. There’s a tremendous amount of opportunity.”
